Slow response time on keyboard?

my kaspersky 2010 antivirus is not updating and i am not able to open kaspersky website and other sites like avast.this problems are happening after i have done my pc's formatting i have owned the licence andt my computer is not slow and there is no sign of any virus unlock iphone

I use Avira anti-virus and evertime I attempt a scan my computer restarts 1/4 of the way through and the scan is never complete.
